    1.      Mention the parts of a business letter! Explain them shortly!
    Part of business Letter :
    1.      Heading
    The part of a business letter that usually placed at the top left of a business letter. It contains the sender’s identity such as address and contact number or email so the recipient of a business letter can return/replay the letter.
    2.      Recipient address
    Part of business letter that contains the recipient’s address. It has to be as complete  as it has to be for the to get to the destination/the recipient’s address.
    3.      Salutation
    Beginning part of the letter’s body that contains greetings for the recipient that usually written in more formal form.
    4.      The body
    Main part of a business letter, written in paragraph. It contains the point/message of the business letter it self.
    5.      Complimentary close
    The end part of a business letter’s body. It usually contains a short and polite remarks that ends a business letter.
    6.      Signature line
    The sender’s signature followed with a title/a full name of the sender. Usually the signature written in black/blue ink.
    7.      Enclosures
    Last part of a business letter  that written if the sender also have an enclosed documents that sends together with the business letter.

    2.      Mention the style of a business letter! Explain then shortly!
    The style of a business letter :
    •  block / full block : most common style of a business letter that the entire letter written justified to the left.
    •  Semi block : Least used style of business letter that each paragraph is intended instead justified to the left.
    3.    What kinds of information that you can get from inquiry letter?
    • The sender’s contact info usually placed at the beginning of the letter so the destination can easily contact the sender.
    • The company contact info the destination of the inquiry letter written after the sender’s contact info
    • The sender’s portfolio/resume usually explained in the body part of the letter in purpose to show the company if he/she is suitable in a position that the company was affering.
